VITARO sells a broad range of garden and park machinery online. Choosing the right product depends on factors such as garden size, drive type, and budget — questions that usually come up while a customer is already browsing the store.

The goal was not to add a separate support tool, but to bring useful product guidance directly into the existing shopping experience.

The solution

The AI assistant understands questions in natural language and turns the customer’s requirements into concrete product recommendations. Suitable machines appear directly in the conversation as product cards, including the price and a clear route to the next step.

What it does in the store

Implementation

The project covered the conversation flow, the chat interface, and the connection between the AI logic and the product catalogue. The assistant was adapted to VITARO’s visual language and integrated as a native part of the existing store.

The interaction was kept deliberately focused: a small number of useful follow-up questions, clear recommendations, and a direct handoff from conversation to product.

Result

Customers get guidance at the moment they are comparing products. The assistant makes that support available around the clock and shortens the path from an open question to a relevant choice, without interrupting the familiar shopping flow.
